The onetime fee for the Guided Self-Study CCE Bootcamp® is $2895.00. A discounted fee of $2645.00 is available for government employees, military and law enforcement personnel and educators.
You may also choose our Pay as You Go** payment option in order to pay for the training in three separate installments.
- 1st installment of $1,200.00 ($1,100.00 with LE/Gov/Mil/EDU discount*) provides access to Modules 1 & 2 and all software bundled with training course.
- 2nd installment of $900.00 ($850.00 with LE/Gov/Mil/EDU discount*) provides access to Modules 3, 4, & 5.
- 3rd installment of $900.00 ($850 with LE/Gov/Mil/EDU discount*) provides access to Modules 6 & 7.
*All Gov/Mil/LE/EDU discount rates are subject to employment verification prior to enrollment.
**Training done via the Pay as You Go option is subject to the same Policies and Restrictions (link Policies and Restrictions to this page http://www.cftco.com/fee.htm) as the paid in full option. Please carefully plan each payment as to allow for adequate time to complete all training modules. Contact us with any questions regarding time necessary to complete each module.
Support Policy:
Please note that this course is a Guided Self-Study. This implies that students training under this method are working at their own pace and are expected to rely heavily on the provided written materials for answers to questions. However, all students are each assigned an instructor whose roles are to accept and review submissions as well as provide email support. Although interaction
with instructors
is normally done via
email, direct
assistance is
sometimes made available for extreme setup issues.
Support needs related to this training program must be communicated directly to your assigned instructor. Aside from general administration issues, Key Computer Service's office staff does not provide training support.
Completion Time Policy:
Guided Self-Study students have one year to complete the online training course.
If necessary, one 3 month OR 6 month extension is available but must be initiated within 18 months of initial enrollment. The fee for this extension is either $250 or $500 (respectively) plus the cost of any additional software and equipment changes and upgrades. It will be up to the student to decide which extension length they believe that they will need prior to purchasing.
If an extension is not requested and the training course is not completed within 18 months of initial enrollment, training must be restarted for a fee of $1500 plus the cost of any additional software and equipment changes and upgrades.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At NO time

Refund Policy:
We provide licensed software and the course materials upon enrollment via
email. Once the customer receives the course materials, there are no
refunds.
Once you "Click to Buy" you will be taken to a secure site at VirtualCart
where you will input your credit card information. You will be able
to change or cancel the transaction from the VirtualCart secure site.
If you have a coupon for a discount, please enter that coupon code in the "Special
Instructions" at the time
of checkout. We will refund
