FIND DATA            Finding Specific Data on Computer Hard Disk Drives and Other Computer Media     We can make highly specific string searches of an entire HDD or other media for specific names, numbers, or other character strings.  We can also quickly search your media for specific files of interest to you.              These searches would be conducted in normal file areas, hidden or password protected files, in file slack, unallocated space, and other areas not normally accessible by untrained persons.  These searches are relatively quick and inexpensive. They could help you decide if the information you need is present on the media. Making both an exact copy of the original media and conducting a string search could preserve your original media and help you decide if a more complete examination is necessary.
