Our
chief examiner, John Mellon, initiated the forensic computer examination
program for US Customs in Miami, Florida in 1991 and was the chief examiner
through 1993. Your agency can benefit from the lessons learned starting
with the earliest stages of initiating a computer forensics program, to
the lessons and experiences that were necessary to gain certification and
expertly examine seized computers for evidence. You can also benefit from
